Vision system ensure accuracy auto correction of offset
CHM-T510LP4 not only can place LED without vision,but also place small components,suitable for 0402 0603 0805-5050 SOP QFN QFP144 Transistor...ect,using 502-507 different kinds of Juki nozzles.
It has double CCD vision cameras which can auto calibrate the offset for all different kinds of components and ICs,auto correction of pick position and angle.It's industry camera with high accuracy taking image of pins of IC to ensure the accuracy.
Work with standard Yamaha pneumatic feeder,it's more stable and longer lifetime.And it also accept Yamaha vibration feeder. They are easy to get replacement in the future.
It can be 4 axis linkage,move faster and smoothly.Both nozzle can working together, not single nozzle working anymore.Support single step.X Y axis encoder installed,never lose step. Flexible S accelerate and decelerate,make sure high speed placement working perfect.
Z axis detection function can self-checking the height and angle juring placement. Make sure machine work perfectly with different kinds of components.
Nozzles are Juki nozzles ,magnet inside, use your finger and remove it down,no need wrench,,very convenient.
8 kinds of different JUKI nozzles supported.Machine can install 501-508 different kinds of JUKI nozzles, It can place with 0402 0603 0805-5050 and all kinds of IC ect.
No need external computer, no need external screen, just need to prepare an air compressor for supplying air for feeder.
