CHMT530P4 has 4 heads, mounting speed is faster. For small SMT production, it is your good helper!
The operation system is embedded Linux system, the main board of machine was researched by ourselves, which is more reliable than windows system, and life time is much longer. CHMT530P4 using 502---507 different kinds of Juki nozzles, suitable for 0402,0603,0805-5050, SOP, QFN, LQFP, Diode, Transistor, BGA...etc, which can meet more customers' demand.
Vision System Ensure Accuracy
Auto correction offset
The double CCD vision cameras can auto calibrate the offset for all different kinds of components and ICs(auto correction of pick position and angle). Industry camera with high accuracy taking image of pins if IC, to ensure the patch accuracy.
30pcs Yamaha pneumatic feeder supported

CHM-T530P4 work with standard Yamaha pneumatic feeder ,it is more stable and longer lifetime. pneumatic feeders can improve the working efficient a lot. It can also work with Yamaha vibration feeder.
Closed-loop Motion Control System
it can be four-axis linkage, move faster and smoothly. both nozzle can working together, not single nozzle working any more, support single step. X,Y axis encoder installed, never lose step. Flexible S accelerate and decelerate, make sure high speed placement working perfectly.
Z Axis Detection
Z axis detection function can self-checking the height and angle during placement.
Make sure machine work perfectly with different kinds of components.
9 kinds of Juki nozzles supported, magnet inside, you can change the nozzle by hand, no need wrench, very convenient.
